Furry Kisses

A while back I bought two of Simon Says Stamp clear stamp sets: Furry Cat & Box (geared towards a birthday card, or a house-moving announcement), and Furry Kisses (Valentine’s Day).

I initially stamped with Furry Kisses, and was very disappointed – one of the cat’s ears hasn’t been moulded properly in the plastic, so it stamps bad. I can kinda fix this by using a marker to go over the ear… So, I put both sets aside and forgot about them.

Last night I brought them out of hiding and had a play. Furry Cat & Box stamp actually stamps really well! I mixed that up with the paw print and sentiment stamps from Furry Kisses set.

This is just my first attempts – but I am having fun stamping the cat in the box twice: once on white card (and colouring with markers), once on printed paper, then cutting and sticking the two together. I think I will have another go tonight :)

Both are really simple cats... errr cards - sorry for the blur in the photo.
